Cost:

AUGUST 15-28, 2017

$10,950 per person sharing room, 13 nights/14 days

$2,100 single room supplement

 

NOTE: Rate of foreign exchange is subject to change and may be adjusted. If less than 8 passengers are traveling, a supplement will be charged.

  • Chauffeured transportation upon Arrival/Departure at Dublin Airport 
  • Category Deluxe King bedroom (Twin bed or Suite on request) en-suite with showers, robes, slippers, luxury amenities
  • Complimentary room upgrade whenever available to Junior suites and Suites

Not Included:

Air travel, cost of travel insurance for trip cancellation, health, baggage insurance; airport transfers not on scheduled tour dates; room service, laundry; telephone charges; alcoholic beverages other than those offered when your host is dining with you; spa treatments; optional excursions such as fishing, horse back riding, leisure activities and associated transportation; golf buggies, golf transport, caddies or greens fees; costs associated with deviations from scheduled tour. Gratuity to your Co-Host/driver-guide - at your discretion.

From $10,950 per person, land arrangements only, based on Deluxe King double occupancy (two people sharing)

Single Room Supplement - $2,100.

 

All gratuities are included, except to your Driver/Guide at your discretion.

Rate of foreign exchange is subject to change and adjusted accordingly. If less than 8 passengers are traveling, a supplement WILL be charged.

 

Registration, Deposit and Final Payment:

To secure participation, a $2,000 per person non-refundable deposit check is required, payable to Ireland Behind The Scenes. The non-refundable balance of the cost of the trip is due 90 days before date of departure. If a reservation is made within 90 days of departure, the entire cost must be paid at the time of confirmation. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgement that registrant has read and accepts the Terms and Conditions.

NOTE: Preliminary itinerary and tour information will be sent upon receiving a deposit and completed Registration Form. A Final Itinerary and Travel Packet will be sent 3 weeks prior to departure.

 

Cancellations / Refunds:

Deposits are nonrefundable. 90 days before departure, the balance of the trip payment is due and is nonrefundableTravel insurance is highly recommendedTour cost subject to exchange rate fluctuation. Notification of cancellation must be in writing. Refunds will not be made for unused sightseeing, meals, or independent excursions.

 

Travel Insurance:

For your protection and peace of mind, Trip-Cancellation- Medical Travel Insurance is strongly recommendedFully paid deposits and final payments are not refundable under any circumstances.  Cost is paid directly to the Insurance carrier.

 

Baggage:

Tour price includes baggage handling of two pieces of luggage per person, plus a golf bag.

NOTE: IBS charges a handling fee of $50 for "extra heavy" bags. Carry-on baggage, purses and shopping purchases are not included in handling. Baggage, golf clubs and personal effects are carried at the owners risk throughout the program.

  

Immediate Hotel Check-In:

IBS requests early check-in due to eastbound transatlantic flights morning arrivals, but cannot guarantee this service due to the hotel occupancy the previous night. If you require immediate access to your room, please inform us and IBS will arrange an additional room night.  This is a non-smoking tour.

NOTE:  IBS reserves the right to adjust the daily itinerary in the event of a cancellation or change by any host.

  

Terms and Conditions:

Ireland Behind The Scenes (IBS) acts only as the agent for the tour participant with respect to all hotels and other matters of reservations and tour operation. We and our agents accept no responsibility for any air travel, loss of passports or airline tickets, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity, expense or liability caused by the defect of any vehicle or negligence or default of any independent contractors, their employees, agents, or representatives. Nor do we accept responsibility for any losses or delays arising from lack of insurance, air travel delays, sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, disability, injury or broken bones arising from a fall or accident, machinery breakdown, transportation accident, quarantine, government restraints, acts of war, acts of terrorism, weather conditions or acts of God. All such losses or expenses shall be borne by the tour participant, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated and as described in the itinerary. We reserve the right to use photographs taken during any tour for marketing purposes. Tour members who do not want their images used are asked to identify themselves at the beginning of the tour. We are not responsible for items/gifts purchased while traveling, their content or their delivery and bear no responsibility for these items. We reserve the right to substitute itinerary, services, features and hotels of similar quality without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure in which case the entire payment will be refunded without any further obligation on our part. We likewise reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any tour participant at any time without being under any obligation to assign any reason therefore. In the event of the exercise of this right, we shall be under no liability to such person(s) except to refund such amount as our absolute discretion deems reasonable to attribute to the uncompleted portion of the tour. No refund will be made for the unused portion of any tour. Baggage is carried at the owners' risk entirely. The tour participant agrees, on behalf of himself, his dependents, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to abide by the above conditions and to release and hold harmless Patsy Brady Malone, owner/host and Chris Allen, co-host/driver guide, Ireland Behind The Scenes and any of their hired representatives, from any and all liability for any delays, damage, loss, injury or death occurring in relation to this tour. Any payment constitutes agreement by the individual tour participant with the Terms and Conditions contained in this itinerary.
